"The Monte Folsem staff are kind, respectful, and determined to give each customer a good experience. I'm not going to lie and say that everything has been perfect... the underwriting and billing departments definitely have room for improvement. But as far as the agents at the Monte Folsem office, John specifically, have worked very hard to fix the problems that arose through no fault of their own. I trust that John will investigate and correct any issues that I come across. As well as go through the rest of my policy and tackle anything else that may look incorrect.
